Potato farming success story 2

by | Feb 17, 2014 | opportunities | 0 comments

When Terrance told me he wanted to venture into potato farming, I immediately offered myself. Potato farming in Zimbabwe has raised and re incarnated a lot of business villains of the hyperinflation era.

Terrie has a monumental success story that ties back to my body of work here at ziminvestors.com. I had visited my mother in Mutare when we set down for more than an hour and laid down the plan and process that led to this successful potato yield.

Besides potato farming, Terrie is in the process of establishing a piggery business. I asked him to write a series of articles about his experiences in piggery and I also spoke at length and convinced him to come and assist farmers who wish to venture into piggery during our training sessions. Back to our main story, successful potato farming in Zimbabwe.

If the pictures below have a wowing effect on you, perhaps you should email me right away on gsimba101@gmail.com so I can help you maximize your yield. Farming has always been a learning experience. You can either learn from your mistakes as you go but unfortunately this method has a tectonic effect to your bank account or you can hire a consultant who takes you through from selecting the seed right up to the harvest. Some farmers have even asked us to extend our hand to assisting in establishing markets for their product. A speaker once said in my hearing, “One hour on the table with a wise man is worth a month’s study of books. That is a bit of market for the services that we do. Back to Terrance’s success story.

I was on the phone with Terrie last night and asked him what led to the successful potato yield. “Ask! Ask! Ask!” was his response but he gave a disclaimer. He gave me how different the advice he got from my team was from what others would sometime say. It didn’t always happen but he said sometimes it would and he would ask an experienced neighboring potato farmer and always his advice was in tandem with ours. I explained to him that what we tell farmers when we consult is after a hours and seasons of field work coupled with researches we do and consultation with expert academics and experienced commercial farmers who have a wealth of experience under the sleeve and know almost everything there is about potato production or any product we will be dealing with.

I would like to thank Terrance for acknowledging how he made a successful harvest with our help. In greatful appreciation for your success not your testimony – I want to reward you for having taken action, implementing, following through and executing on what we shared.

I will be sending you our first generation ziminvestors.com T-shirt. To all our followers, go to our contacts page and find out how affordable it is to engage my team of experts. If you have a success story to share or your farming experience, email me again. Good day and gracias for this happy ever after potato farming ending.

To your continued Success
